Big Ole Boy

This is a picture I took this morning when I was out and around. He was laying right along side the fence. You don't realize how big they are until you get along side them. They are huge and very agile.

Nice photo :congrats: I know just how big they are I did a shoulder mount on one 13 year old bull never want to do that again!
I dont  know what it weighed total but just the head no neck meat and the cape weighed 325 lbs.

That is a big one, I need to find something like that to use my new .45-70 on....then again maybe not I don't think I have the freezer space. :eyebrownod:

On Kodiak Island aka the Rock, south of us, they were having problems with the brown bear killing the cattle ranchers had.  They brought in buffalo.  The brown bear wanted no part of these creaters.
