I finally did it.

Took the leap and went and got a new whip over the weekend.

Very very hesitantly though. lol
My ole 90 F150 had 209K on her last oil change. The body is falling off of it and she can't decide if she wants to stay idling or not on a cold start up.

I've never went into debt over a vehicle in my 51 years of life. But I finally took the leap after searching for a certain F-150 for close to a month now. All the stars lined up after several dud prospects and my dream wagon accompanied with oppurtunity, knocked on my door.
It's literally everything Ive hoped for since I started looking. From the full 8 foot box (very hard to find these days). To the 2009 body style..To the stripped down standard cab. I could not be happier. I didnt have to settle for this or that. I found exactly what I was looking for. Or...waited just long enough I guess. lol

Nope no more excuses now.
My brother knew one of the other salesmen at the lot and they told him that the truck belongs to a guy that worked for the Wisconsin DNR. He did a lot of trout fishing and wrote articles for some paper around here on trout fishing. I thought well hack then the truck will be comfortable with me as another fisherman.[emoji4]
But yah, the truck must have sat because those guys drive the DNR trucks everywhere they go.
