Skin a deer in under 2 minutes

I think it is pretty safe to say this guy knows what he is doing..............

Any Mexican with a knife is dangerous :laf:
That deer was so fresh the body cavity was steaming. What were the last two cuts for? Right before he wrapped it up he made a small incision in the center of each rack of ribs....what was that for?

I think he's going to use it as a finger hold when he cuts the ribs off. But I'm only guessing.  :shrug:

jim is right. lets see how he does on one thats been laying on a creek bank in late december for a few hours

Two things for certain, that is one sharp knife and he had done that a time or two.

It might take him 3 or 4 minutes on a chilled out carcass.   :laf:   Can you skin a fresh killed deer that fast?   :wo:

im sorry semp i must be the only one who has ever had to go looking for an animal that wasnt shot just exactly as i was sbooting for

showed a gentelman this video and noticed the lift he is using. 

i have myself an idea on what to do with an old ballscrew shaft i salvaged.

I'm at about a minute and a half Semp. But I have TWO Mexicans do mine. :laf:

We have some down here on the border that are probably even faster than this guy.  Have seen calves hanging like this deer from trees, only hindquarters removed and tenderloins. 
When they come for mine they better bring theirs
