Richard is having a birthday. Somehow I don't think he will be around - probably out smoking some more cheese. It seems some guests visited his home and left with most of his hard work. Speaking of which, it is just about gone.

Hawk, it came the day before we left on trip. Haven't had a chance to break it in yet. He sent 4 pounds of pellets along with it. Can't be beat for customer service.

I'd say this last batch tastes better than any Cheese Haven's cheese, up Lake Erie way.
