I dont think they will look at it as a turtle. I might be wrong but I just dont think fish chase turtles like that.
I think they will go after this bait no doubt, but not because it looks like a turtle. Again...pure speculation.
But it does look like the all famous lizards with four folded legs. So the only real difference is the diamond tread back.

I use NetBait Paca chunk behind my bass jigs religiously. I cant believe the fish they produce like they do. The claws wobble up and down making the jig look exactly like a turtle with no front legs.  :doh2: It's appalling...but it works.
I never give up my secrets, I cant believe I posted that last part. I might delete it before midnight :innocentwhistle:

They have some pretty good videos of them on YouTube, bombshell turtles. I actually was in a canoe once and saw a largemouth take a little painted turtle about an inch long right beside me in about 2 feet of water.

OK to delete.  I got my copy.     :alscalls:   If I ever start fishing again, I might use it.     :wo:   :nono:

There are at least a bazillion fishing lures out there.  How did you find this one?  Buy every one of those bazillion lures and then process of elimination?

I wanted something shorter then the standard Berkley crawfish, Semp. I got tired of buying the Berkley crawfish and then biting them in half and throwing the back of it away. If the are too long they have a tendency to spin on the hook after a few hits loosens it up. These dont, so they hold the whole jig profile better and make the jig look like something with fluttering pincers instead of something dragging something else that has fluttering pincers.

Thats a cool clip nasty. I have a feeling if you threw a spatula in that pond, those bass would bite it though.  :laf:
I wonder what s up with that fence/gate in the middle.

Sounds like a good plan.  Either that or pay $399 to Photobucket so you can link.
