My grandmother used to make awesome chicken broth using them.

BUT she also had a barbecue coon recipe that was awesome.

Oh Lawdy, we ate a lot of coon growing up when I was a kid, I'm thinking about throwing a couple in the freezer this fall 🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍
