Site Unavailable

Can't recall if I posted this before or not. Fuzz and Green reminded me that I wanted to mention it.

Ever wondered why the site isn't available or your machine times out trying to load a page ....certain times at night?

Every night between 11:00 pm / 11:15 pm  C.S.T. my host runs a back up of my server. Just in case anything on my end or theirs ever went haywire...we can recoup with little loss. The back up process takes about 15 minutes at which time the site is completely unavailable.

I tried to get them to move it ahead so it takes place in the middle of the night, and the reply was, " we can't do that until your on a dedicated server sir"
