None of the above ideas worked for me.
Since I have a thumb roller mouse I simply got it going right & left fast then w/ my left hand rapidly left click.

Not trying to change the subject but that is what I use also. It is the best I hate the old slid mouse and they drive me nuts.

thumb wheels rule for me in precision mousing.
