Sooooo...if your reading this then you must have made it :eyebrownod:

I moved the forums to a subdomain this morning to make tracking its stats much easier for me. You know its all about me right? :sneer:

C'mon now...I did it while you were all in bed resting comfortably and warm with your guts full of Turkey and dressing, instead of trying to get on here.

Anyway, you'll need to update your bookmarks.
You most likely have http://finsandfur.net book marked
or
http://finsandfur.net/index.php

The new address is http://forum.finsandfur.net
So just delete your old one and bookmark the new while your here.

:laf: Nothing changed Mikey except the address.

It doesn't mean anything really Barry. It was just getting too difficult to try and separate or figure out traffic, stats, errors, and bandwidth usage.
With the main domain being finsandfur.net and the forum in a directory inside that (finsandfur.net/forums), it was all being combined.

Don't know if this has to do with the new sub domain or something I have done, but now the threads come up on my screen in reverse order from what they did yesterday.  The most recent post on the thread, the last one, shows first, and the preceding posts are in sequentially older order down the page.  The original post that started the thread is the last one at the bottom , even if it is the bottom of a multi-page thread.  That means that I read them backwards, which is kind of disconcerting, and makes me wonder what the poster is commenting about till I read back further in the thread.

Is is me or is it the new system?

If is it me, how do I get it back to real sequence?

:roflmao: The post you posted is in the section you posted in...I hope like hell it is anyway.

You better not be posting in the firearms board and being returned to the tailgate :laf:

Click on your profile, then Look and Layout preferences, and scroll down to "Return to topics after posting by default"...and adjust it to your liking.

No Al, I see what you're saying...I think. Same thing is happening to me.

Before, if I responded to a post, say in the tailgate, after making the post I was returned to the Tailgate.

Now, if I make a post, I am returned to THAT post. At first I thought my post didn't post and started to post again, but afte scrolling down I realized the post I had posted had posted.

FWIW I discovered that since the change (yesterday?) the sequence of posts is in order if I am logged in.  If I have not logged in the posts are in reverse order, most recent post first and original post at the bottom or end of the thread.  No problem.  I stop by and browse sometimes without logging in.
