Title: Champion family tackle box?
Post by: Dave on March 07, 2011, 01:29:22 PM
Hey Jim, do you have roots in California?  I think scientists found the Champion family tackle box.   Yours or Golfrtrouts.

Actually yes. I have a very well off Uncle out there thats retired from NASA. I've seen him maybe four times my whole life.

Thats a pretty cool article. And Barry thought he had antiques  :alscalls:
I think the one in the top row, third one in, is one of the first ever Rapala Shad Raps. :innocentwhistle:

I'm no expert but it looks like you need to sharpen that fillet knife.

I wish they were mine, too, Golfortrout.  I've found a few artifacts out back of my house over the years.   One is a fishing net weight, and damn if I can find it for a pic.  That and an axe head are my better finds.  It would probably be easier to go out and find more, rather than to try and re-find the ones I found hidden by my wife somewhere in my house.   :mad3:
