the guys that been trapping the coyotes I posted here http://forum.finsandfur.net/index.php?topic=11046.0  told me you've got to see this !!!  Couldnt believe it myself

One actually chewed through the cable restraint.  Anyone have this happen before ?

I've seen many near chew outs Vic but none where the rest of the cable were that clean.

I've seen it many times before too. But like PITW said, not very often the rest of the cable is that nice, it's usually pretty bad right up to the end.

Interesting, didnt think it was that common but i've never snared before.  I'd know and seen that coon and fox would chew their foot off so I guess they'd try anything to get loose. 
I think I might get into doing this next year, although I love calling and its hard to break away from that.  I've been invited to run the hounds as well, just cant get away from calling.
