I haven't had much time to hunt for deer this yr, been busy fixing wreck's caused by deer.
Today was my 3 rd time out and its was blowing hard outside.
I had ben seeing a nice buck come threw my yrd at night for a month but couldn't get him on camera until this week.
He showed up this morning about it 8:00 chasing a doe and gave me a shot!

WOW! Nice buck! Would LOVE to get a whitetail that big.
I am astounded to say that I have not seen a single antlered deer this season. I have not hunted a lot but have spent some prime hours in good locations. Tally of game seen to date is 4 moose, two cougars, more grouse than usual and not even very many does, though I have spent at least a little time in blacktail, whitetail and mule deer habitats.

It can slow down and still be good on the pocket.
Jerky gets expensive and I eat a lot of it now.
