My cell phone will not work this afternoon. Wonder if that is due to the solar flare? No reception where it is usually good.

If you are using Telus, it's because you are using Telus.
Usually cell phone reception isn't effected, unless it is a really powerful disruption.
Looking at the aurora oval it looks like the northern tear states may get a northern lights show tonight. Don't think it will reach me but there's always hoping

I've heard this solar flare theory before though and it does make me wonder.
Just one more sign to add to all these other signs starting to come together. Leveling hurricanes, crazy ass weather patterns, wildfires, now solar flares. :sad3:

You could see the aurora all the way to Arkansas last night. But cloud cover here shut me out of that display
