Got out this morning again after a bad last weekend!
Called in two last weekend and the wind busted me both times. Went back this morning and called this one back in about 75 yrds from last weekend, he wasn't so lucky today, 6x6.8, 55 gr nosler stopped him in his tracks at 25 yrds.
Guard hair was almost gone, it's been a very warm winter here.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200125/367b7cfe340be5b8eba19786938898f8.jpg)

Kerrrr-splatttt!
WTG! Interesting cartridge.
Thanks it feels good to be able to walk without all that pain.
It is a interesting cartridge it's a 6.8 spc11 necked down to 6 mm shoots anything from 55 gr to 105 grn in a ar 15 platform.
I've had it a few yrs now and the 22 nosler and the 223 valkey or what ever it's called has became very popular by necking the 6.8 down to 224 caliber.
You can't buy commercial loads for it and there is no reloading data for it, you have to start low with 6.8 and work up looking for pressure signs.
