Finally was able to get my first buck with my bow last September. What a blast. Have taken several does so far ,but this guy was a little more challenging. I've become VERY addicted to hunting these whitetails :thumb2:

I agree.......it looks like he is either at the taxidermist now, on the wall, or in the freezer. :eyebrow:
I never scored the rack, but it had a 14" outside spread. I was going to practice some taxidermy work on this buck, but ended up just doing a European mount with it. It turned out pretty good. I'll post a photo of the finished product.

Shooting nice buck is a real rush. Once you do that, shooting them with a gun is just borring. Thats why I quit gun hunting all together. I've only got one, but thats all it took. Nice buck, thanks for sharing
