im making a post because several people have expressed concern about alexys and i dont want to miss anyone with the information.

sorry if it bothers anyone posting it here on the open forum but i wanted everyone to kn ow how much i appreciate their concern for her and i definitely didnt want to leave anyone out of letting them know how she is.

i took alexys to parkersburg this morning to see the ENT.

it turned into an all day thing almost as things sometimes do.

the Dr decided he wanted a neck X-ray on her so that he could see if her adnoids were swollen.
hes thinking alot of her problems are allergy related instead of viral.

i have to take her back on Jan 5th and theyre gonna do a whole slew of allergy tests on her to determine what she may be allergic to thats causing her problems.

he gave her a prescripstion for nasonex, and boy was i shocked when i saw how much it cost, lol.

anyway hopefulyl were on the way to settling her issues with her ears, i hope so.

she has some cysts that didnt close on the side of her ears near the top when her ear canals were forming in the womb.
ive had her to drs who couldnt fix them, theyre always getting infected and i have to keep them squeezed out of they will leak(gross i know). anyway this guy said they can be fixed but its a very specialized surgery and he will be sending her to either Columbus or Morgantown to have them removed as soon as he figures out her ear infection/allergy issues.

she has a long next few months ahead of her so please keep her in your prayers.

Thanks for the update. I hate to hear she has to go through all that but it sounds like they are doing their best to get her better.
