Palegroe

I’ll start out with what happened on Monday.  I had already wrote this first paragraph so I’m using it again.

An all right guys here is the deal.  I posted the Expo tickets up for grabs this morning that I won this morning, shortly after that my mail runs.  To my amazement there was a package from Mr. Bill Grove inside was an awesome sounding call I had only dreamed about.  After trying to blow the reads out of it because I couldn’t get over how good it sounded and just couldn’t quit blowing it.  I wrote Bill a thank you message and sent it off to him.  When he sent me a message back he said he had planned on going to the show this weekend.  SO I am going to try and get the tickets to him beings that I didn’t order this call and MR. Anonymous asked him to make it and send it to me.  I hope I haven’t mad anyone mad by offering them and then saying that I’m going to send them to someone else shortly after but I don’t want the kindness of Mr. Groves and Mr. Anonymous to go unnoticed.  So thank you to the two of them eh.  Also everyone that asked for them lived states away also nobody close to me is going so If I’ve got to mail them I might as well try and get them to Bill. Now that was just Monday.

Tuesday I got my 2010 Census in the mail but got to take my beautiful wife out to the $2.00 movie theater to watch the Blind Side and eat some popcorn so I ended up being a day to remember anyway.

Now Thursday my birthday and possible one of the best ones of my life Is what I thought when I woke up this morning.   This is why I’m not going to be able to use those Expo tickets I won on Monday.  Today we went to the baby Dr.  yes  gents It’s the first visit to the baby Dr. for our first Child.  My wife is about 8 weeks pregnant with our first child and I’m so happy and grinning so much it would take a Grown Man of at least Weedwalker’s stature with a Louisville Slugger to whip this grin off my face.  We have known for about 4 weeks now but have been keeping it a secret from our family and friend’s because we wanted to be sure and know everything was kosher before we started spreading the word so we have waited until our first Dr. appointment to tell everyone.

Well when we went to the baby Dr. this morning at 11 am they said it looked good then freaked us out by saying they were admitting Steph to the hospital to try and get her diabetes under control.  They are taking her off of her diabetes medicine and putting her on insulin shots.  They are keeping her overnight and adjusting the insulin as they go to get the dosage right and then hopefully send us home with the instructions for her new diet and training on how to give her the insulin shots.

As for the tickets I just got them in the mail today and the post office said there is no way they can promise to get them pretty much anywhere by tomorrow so unless there is somebody close that can come get them I don’t think they will get use but I’m still trying to find anybody that can put them to use.

THANK YOU ALL for the Birthday wishes and please pray for us and the baby.

Thats a good enough reason for me Palegroe :yoyo:
Be it known, I really doubt you made anyone mad. Most of the replies in there were people messing with each other.

Don't worry too much Palegro, Dr's handle this every day now it seems. My daughter didn't even know she had diabetes until after she was pregnant with this little blessing running around here. It seems it is getting common for young women to get some form of it during pregnancy or reving up what they do have already.  You just see to it you hold your temper during those mood swings and thank God every day for hte two of them. We are all pulling for ya here.

And guesxs what just came in here peeking over my knee    Jimmie
