A guy I work with took one pic with his Bopeye cell phone & the other was from his trail cam. Having never seen a bear print before I was wondering if this is what he has here. The back part was on the harder surface & didn't leave an impression but the front part shows well. To me,, having never seen a bear print before,, it looks like a black bear print because of the size,, an average mans hand was the total size,, & that the claws appear to be fairly straight across looking more like fingers on our hands.

Then the trail cam pic is something else. We're not sure if this is a bear paw swiping/pawing at the camera .  :yoyo: :yoyo:

Kinda looks like a couple of deer prints to me.  The trail cam pic looks like we need to get the boss to add a "Bigfoot, Chupacabra, Loch Ness monster, etc." board.  :innocentwhistle:

Of coarse, it could be just fog rising up from the ground.  :doh2: :hahaha:
sometimes I wonder....is that getting closer..... then it hits me

I had a personal conflict the other day, now I'm not speaking to myself.... I'm getting lonesome

I met the girl of my dreams, I was the man of her dreams too.....she used the term "nightmares" though.

Just from the one pic it would be stretch for a bear. Looks to me to be hoofed critter, and it might even be a shoed horse. Really hard to tell from the pic.

I'm not seeing deer prints or hoove prints  I'm seeing what appear to be claw marks.

Hang on.....let me go grab the windex

Yeah the track is kinda tough with the back 1/2 on the harder ground. The guy that found this track said he thought those were definitely claw marks. But since our bear sightings around here are far & just about never between it's hard to tell for sure.

No bear expert & for that matter no deer expert either. (I know "what the "L" good am I?")
However, IMHO that looks like a deer track & the other pix looks like the jaw of a deer looking to the left.

HaMeR

We kinda ruled out the jaw theory with the little green patch in the bottom right hand corner where the upper/lower jaws would meet.  I still don't have a clue either as I have to go by the same pics as you do.  Woulda liked to see the track in person.

Wild Hog????? It don't look like Bear to me.  cc

Dave

Could the pic be a clenched hand/fist?
Not a clue on the track.?

HaMeR

Dave-- I can see what looks like short bristly hair at the top of it.

CC-- The track has a rounded palm type print behind what appears to be claw marks. It's hard to see it in the pic & the back part of it is on harder ground.

We,, the pic owner & myself,,  really don't have a clue here & I would like to Thank everybody for trying to help.  Thank You!!   :yoyo: :yoyo:
