You can't kill 'em from the recliner!!

Not bad at all.  That 1187 looks like it was in need.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

Hidehunter

That looks dang good.  Did you airbrush them?  I have been thinking hard about airbrushing my 870.

Hidehunter i used Krylon fusion stright out of the can

markTNhunter

Yes the 1187 was in bad shape I wish I had taken pictures of it before I took the old paint off he had tried to paint it with cheap paint from Wally World he had a grey base coat on it then he tried to free hand paint leaves on it with a small paint brush it was horrible LMBO!

Hidehunter

Have you ever tried that duracoat? Been thinking about it and running it through my airbrush.

Hidehunter I've not tried dura coat I've done 6 guns with the Krylon fusion and they've all held up well I have thought of trying dura coat if you do one let me know how it goes

Hidehunter

Will Do, you do the same if you get to it before me.

I have done a couple of guns with Duracoat and it has really held up.
Easy to do with a decent air brush.

It was nice when my daughter went to school in Eau Claire, she could pick up my orders when she was coming home for the weekend and save me shipping charges   :highclap:
I have been to their shop a few times and they were very helpful and great to talk with. It was fun just looking around a store filled with AR's and a bunch had suppressors too. Sure would like to hunt with one and not have to worry about complaints from the city yuppies that have moved out to the country or disturb people if hunting at night.
