Yes I made them. I've made 20+ carved plaques, gave them all away. Puma carving took me awhile. Guy I give to has it hanging in his house.

Nicely done.  Does the software have the artwork on file or do you draw it and then have the program carve it?

The carvings are all free hand. The impressions are out of my feeble noggin. 1st I drew, then high speed micro carved. Then stained & Acrylic painted. Art runs in the Family. I'm so-so, but one of my Bro's is quite gifted.

Very nice!  I believe I recognize the style and know who you are?  It's been a few years, but your talent has increased steadily. :congrats:

Hey Dave, its been awhile. Your great! talent got me started  Made a large carving on a slice of tree trunk some yrs back. Two Grizzleys fighting in front of a cave. It turned out pretty decent. Gave it to a cancer auction. Brought over $200.00. I about had a cow, or calf, whatever.

I thought the newest version would do practically any picture. I thought you could take a photo of any kind and kinda feed it to it....no?

Jim, I honestly don't know what your talking about? I (free hand) drew these on pieces of wood. Then micro-carved what I drew. Then stained & painted.

Drawing I did in high school. Seeing Dave's carvings some yrs back. Inspired me to get into high speed micro carving.

Well I refer to micro as being very small. My air carver runs off of an air compressor @ 90 psi. The carver is about the size of a stogie. It turns the bit @ 100,000 RPM. The bits are very small, around the diameter of pencil lead.
