Not only does it have an oven, but it looks like it has an ice chest as well.  What more could you ask for?  Well, outside of air.  Like Jim, I don't know what it is, but it appears to be a vehicle for road repairs.  Looking at it I was quick to rule out that it is a new dragster that would be showing up at the track.  For some reason it just doesn't look like you could pop a wheelie with it.
