Pulled into one of my fishing holes this morning and the Gulls were everywhere. One of em perched on top of the "No Wake" bouy and for some reason the others wanted his a$$.
It wasnt long and he took flight and got into a dog fight with a couple of the others. Two of them collided and fell from the sky into the water and commences to beat each other up. It was kinda funny to watch.
I walked back to the truck and got the 30-06 out from under the seat and fired off a couple warning shots and they all scattered like roaches. :eyebrownod:

Ok..I made that last part up :doh2:

THat's the old fashioned way of dealing with who gets the fishing spot.  Now a days people just carry guns.

Those dang things are annoying! It seemed like we had all of Lake Erie to ourselves when we were out fishing yesterday...except for a hoard of gulls at the stern just waiting for us to toss a dink back and scarf it up. I'm bringing some Alka Seltzer next trip out...does that really work? :wo:

:laf: :laf: I dont know, but I would think as soon as it hit the water and started to boil and fizz, that they would avoid it.
