Didnt think I should post this in the huntin photo's.... I guess this is a good spot 

Come across this while training my dog .. what I call "painter turtle" I believe was layin eggs.  I would have waited to see the outcome but that dang lab wouldnt leave it be.  That turtle was diggin away like mad with its hind end down in the hole.








Here's just a doe I shot on the way home from work today, that's a veal barn in the background. By the way she acted,  I think she had a fawn and it was to the right near a creek you cant see in the pic.

I've sat at my favorite fishing hole and watch lots of those buggers come up, dig a hole, make a deposit, and head back into the water. It's kinda cool to watch I agree.

You guys can shoot deer this time of year?
