Finallyyyyyyyy some answers. 

I got good news and I got bad news.
The good news is I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Gieko! 

Ok....that was ridiculous stupid 

Everywherechat.com has upgraded their latest release which fixes the dead list issues, and/or the inability to log on,  both as a result of their server being down from time to time.
The new version stores all the information on my server so it doesn't depend on theirs. Very cool 

The bad news is....I got to uninstall the old to install the new.
So if you see the lights flicker, call Gieko!...I mean hang tight......they'll come back on.
