Kinda like when you find a tick crawling on you. You feel them on you all day after that.

I can relate to that Weedwalker, but no,  these never made me feel that way.
Probably cause I knew they were dead, nothing lives through the acids these things endure.

Jim, It looks like lice to me. There has been a lot about lice in coyotes and wolves in Alaska. It usually surfaces just behind the head between the shoulders. You will notice a thinning of the hair in that area and it will have a greasy area there. If you did down in there you will see the little buggers. Just one more thing to ruin a good coyote. If you type in Lice in wolves and coyotes in Alaska, there is quite a bit of information on this.
