One of my favorite views. I've stopped here a few times in the summer to watch the sunset after whacking a few groundhogs.

Here it is today. The picture is taken in color. It's the kind of day we had here today. There was no snow here yesterday at 2PM either. The dates are correct on the pictures too.

Hope you enjoy!!

Nice pictures Glen......I can already see a few stand locations in my head. LOL

Cool pics. Funny how same scene looks in different seasons.
What's the little lone building on the hill in middle of bottom pic? A little cabin?

Some old codger had the right idea by putting that little house there.    No need for pictures on the wall... just cut out another window.

I hope to build a home on this knob someday, probably one of the best views in my county when you consider the panerama.

HaMeR

I see em too Joe!!  :laf: :laf:

iah-- Yep!! A little cabin. I shoulda went out there during deer season to see how many 4 wheelers were parked there!! :laf:

jrb-- You got that right!! Best of Luck getting a home there. That looks like good Elk country to me.  :eyebrownod: :eyebrownod:

The top pic is my deshtop background. Guess I need to switch it to the bottom pic for now.

NOPE!! :nono: :laf: :laf:

That pretty cool Glenn. Its neat to see how drab it really looks compared to the spring or summer foliage. Kindof looks like my stomping grounds...only a little less snow right now.

Nice pics Hamer.  That's quite a contrast.

After looking at these again this AM I think yesterday was agood day to have taken the picture. It does show a stark contrast to the seasons. I never thought about it that way totally. And the farm in the background is amish. You can see the corn shucks standing on the other side of the road.

Bill-- The road in the background is St Rt 258.

This is the Eastern 1/2 of Ohio. Hawks Feather lives waaaaaay out West here in Ohio where it's flat.  I bet I gotta drive a whole hour to get to flat ground around here!!  :rolleye: :roflmao: :roflmao:
