From the news on TV you guys in Wisconsin are getting hit pretty hard, we could sure use some of that water down here in SC, hey take Semps advice and don't play around with floods . cc

Just checked the weather radar and it looks like you're still getting pounded. I hope you got the beer and the kitty litter already in the truck and ready to make a run for it. Keep an eye on that water. It can come up FAST.

Dayyum!! Our local news said your crops are gonna be a total loss if they can't plant them by the end of this week. Is this true too?? I know your growing season is probably about 4 weeks shorter than ours here in Ohio.

I have always said I had rather have mud between my toes that dust up my nose but having water up your nose is another story, its hot and dry down here but we did have a rain last night that we badly need, its hard to believe all the bad weather you guys are getting and hope you make out alright.cc

We got a couple towns nearby with cars tumbling end for end down the streets as the river takes over.  :whew:

Went to pick the girls up tonight and then it REALLY started pounding some rain. (Four hour road trip)  Halfway across the state it turned into tornados, people were pulling off the highway and crawling up under the overpasses  :iroll: Water was rushing aross the roads as the creeks in the low spost and the culverts couldnt handle it.

My cell phone rings and it's the ex with the girls heading to meet me. She screams, this is bullsh!!...there's cars all over the road and I'm following a god da!!!!! tornado, literally!  :laf:
Total panic.

On the way home the girls said they felt a lot safer with Dad

Of course they felt safer with you.  Haven't you ever watched the Wizard of Oz and seen the witch in that storm?  The girls were riding with her.   :innocentwhistle:

Ehhhhhhhh, for the most part yeah I guess. It really put a hamper on the fishing as the river looks like chocolate milk.
There's a lot of rebuilding taking place, but life is going on.

I guess the main thing is there weren't too many deaths or illnesses from the sewage plants being flooded under. And yes life does go on. Hope everybody recovers nicely from it.
