Bills Custom Calls

Sometimes only a picture can get our attention!

Her last call was from a new cell phone...

Do you see the motorcycle?

Now do you see it?

The Honda crotch rocket rider was traveling at approximately
85 mph. The VW driver was talking on a cell phone when she
pulled out from a side street, apparently not seeing the
motorcycle. The riders reaction time was not sufficient
enough to avoid this accident.
The car had two passengers
and the bike rider was found INSIDE the car with them.
The Volkswagen actually flipped over from the force of impact
and landed 20 feet from where the collision took place.

All three involved (two in the car and the bike rider) were
killed instantly. This graphic demonstration was placed at
the Motorcycle Fair by the Police and Road Safety Department..
Pass this on to car drivers or soon to be
new drivers, or new motorcycle owners

I got this in an email and they blamed the woman on the phone for this accident
I say if the motorcycle was doing 65 the accident would have never happened

So how do you see it

If the motorcycle would have been doing a more sensible speed,, she pulled out from a side street, ,, Like the actual speed limit of 25-45mph it would have never happened. The woman should have been paying attention & chances are she seen the bike coming but had no idea that moron was running 85mph. On the other hand how do they know the bike was going that fast if all 3 were dead instantly.

I don't believe in the cars being told to "watch for the single headlight". It's everybodies responsibility to watch out for themselves.

Need more details before I could give an opinion. The term "side street" is rather generac. Was there something blockng the view of either party involved? Was the headlight on the motorcycle in proper working condition? Were other factors involved like fatigue or medication?

I ride and I have had more people pull out in front of me on my bike than in my cage.
Don't bring shame to our sport.

He died for dipshits too.

I hate crotch rockets :argh: No excuse for the lady being on the phone either though :rolleye:

Both drivers should have been more careful

I say both were at fault both should be blamed

I'm not a crotch rocket fan either.
I think everyone of them ought to be compacted for junk iron. And by the looks of those pics, thats a good start.

Okay guys :argh:.  I say I hate ecallers and get [L] so now you can taste some of the same stuff.  You can't blame the bike as it is just a tool and just like a gun can't do much without a person on it. :nofgr:   As for who is at fault it doesn't really matter now does it :wo:.  You fellows taught me to not hate an ecaller but I still won't buy one and I'm guessing those who don't like rockets shouldn't ride one but those who do enjoy should be allowed to.  As for cell phones they should be illegal and shoved up the inventors ring gear.
I say what I think not think what I say.

I see it as God weeding the garden so to speak. Only poor thing about this story is the passenger and the family's of all involved.
