realforreal, Your first post is a commercial for Hunting-Scents it is not a good way to start off on a forum. It makes people automatically think you are a SPAMER???

I don't have anything to add other than what has been said.  I watch the wind and, if deer hunting, wear rubber boots.  That's about it.

Myself, I just try to stay clean and not add anything that smells even stronger than me, but I have started using vanilla as a cover for deer hunting. They don't seem to spook at it, just can't really figure out what it is. Wind direction is still the primary concern though.

Put some scent out too. My results increase two fold with some coyote and rabbit scent combined.

I don't use any scent control other than the wind. I do however most of the time don't smoke from the time I leave the house until after my last stand.

Same here........ But I have tried them in the past.....
