** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164:  The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15:  The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.  (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253:  Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations.  Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling..)

** Page 429,  line 13-25:  The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH????  Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress.  Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

I posted a while back a video called fall of the republic , it is quite long but should be viewed about how the govt is slowly going to the lite society, and talks about the fema camps that can be set up to seperate families . It is scary and this is a jsut another way to take control of us. Scary times , I am in virginia and we are fighting it hard, hope it doesnt fail to be repealed. Just liek the AZ shooting they jumped to say Palin and the right were repsonsible and the guy didnt even watch the news o rlisten to news on radio.

How can we, the people, be expected to fully comprehend all of this (thousands of pages) when our elected officials don’t seem to understand (or care) what’s going on either? I believe the bill was actually passed into law but there is now an effort in Congress to repeal it.

I just wonder how long it's going to take for people to stop believing in the Election process and things start to revert back to the old way? I am starting to believe that the elected persons are no better than their predecessors, they act and talk different but they are still just a puppet.

  There ain't nobody believes in the old ways more than me .  However having Ghengis Kahn coming across the plains ain't exactly an inviting thought but I suppose if he does come I won't have to worry about it much . 
   The problem I see is the cage is just getting to small and when that happens rats eat each other to reduce the population and this I can see happeening in the not to distant future .

You could  but we are in the same cage so all you'd be doing is getting into different shavings .  The way I got it figured is once the table of eight have the technology figured out to make people redundant a plague of proportions we couldn't even envision will be released upon the mass's.

  Well bambam we had a family of Mason's up here where I grew up and they had a girl my age.  She had a pair of 45's and Jim would probably have called her loose but I found her right comfortable .
