I thought he was serious at first when he said that monitoring traffic speed by air was impossible.
Heck they been doing that for years and years.

Yeah I thought he meant because of the trees being so close to the road. Either way tho I still think when I hit that road I'm gonna haul aZZ across it!! It's one thing to have a bad cop with an itchy trigger finger all hopped up on caffeine & sugar donuts with a revolver on his side & it's a whole nother game when the same bad cop is flying that rig!!!!!!!
