Kacee cant log in

It let her register on directory and then when tried on forums it says that email address is currently being used by a member, she is gonna have to use my phone and my computer I guess still can't understand why I can't log in on her computer or her phone.

The directory has nothing to do with anything over here. Different members, different database, different url, different everything.
If it's saying that the email address is in use then it means the email address your trying to use, already belongs to a forum member here. My guess would be Kacee.

Just go in and change her email address to something bogus, or something your not using and then use her real one on the new account.
I dont think a new account is going to fix it anyway, but it's the only thing we havent tried, and I've been wrong before.

Well as you know yahoo was problem on phone and it works finAlly now if her mom can figure out the computer which I assume is using yahoo search engine we are home free thanks for your help I knew we could figure it out

I may know nothing here but what about the parental settings on Kacee's computer

Maybe that is blocking her from getting in here

Scott thought of that Willy. He mentioned in one of the phone conversations he was going to have his wife look into it, but it was a no dice.

He got her Iphone working after that. Apparently she was using Yahoo, and he was using Google. The only difference between the two phones. So he switched her over to Google, and WaLa

I'm still trying to make it make sense.

I still haven't figured the computer out but yahoo was definitely the issue with the iPhone, but will et y'all know when I figure out the computer

Try Control panel > programs & features > add/remove
See if you can find any yahoo tool bars or anything to remove.
