I don't know what the other guys use, but I used good old elbow greese on that one.   I started at 120 grit sandpaper and then went through them all, 150, 180, 220, 320, 400, and finally 600 and then put it on a tripoli buffing wheel followed by a white diamond wheel and fianlly some renasaunce wax and a light buff.

Nothing to it save for about 3 hours of sanding LOL.

Al,

As soon as you find that "quick fix" where you can just have a raw horn lay there and in a few minutes it looks like that one, let me know.  I will publish the technique and we will both be rich.  How does a 75% 25% split sound?  You get the 75%.
