Well I took the rifle to the store that I bought it from and they had NO idea what was wrong, so I took it to Al's house to compare it to his marlin. Everything was the same but Al found that the trigger housing was pretty loose so he tightened it and now its good to go!!  Thanks again AL!

now I am off after those Fox and anything else that needs a hole in it!
