Bowseason starts in the morning!!!!

Sept 15th. Bow season starts tomorrow morning and I'm off all day. I can't wait. The Stand is in the woods waiting for me. Everything is packed and washed. All my clothes are in their scent free box in my truck. It is on!!!!

Lets just hope Ol' Bog Boy comes by tomorrow.

Mine started today......I did not see one deer.....Strange as I usually see about 20 from this stand in about 3 hours.....The brouse line is so low it looks almost untouched......   Me thinks me gots a poacher again....
I guess I will hunt poachers.......

Ours came in on Sept 5 and I've been twice. As normal... deer activity is good within the first hour of daylight & the last hour of the evening. Our temps have actually been decent..low to mid-80's.. considering normally its around 90 or above for the early half of September. We've got an abundance of acorns this year and their beginning to fall. Going to be a tough year to pattern anything with the abundance of food around these parts.

I got one with my truck last Friday.      


Unless I can find a reasonably priced crossbow I guess I won't be doing any bow hunting this year.
