It doesnt say anywhere that he was setting in a room, and it doesnt say anything about the windows he's in front of being the living room window.
Nor the chair he's in being a lazy boy.

Your being led to think those things, and because it's simple to think that. You do.

The guy was setting in his car, a convertible, top down, in front of his apartment. The killer shot him and could have even dropped the gun in the backseat. They did say no gun was in the apartment.

according to the game card the windows have a lock type that when they shut they lock automaticly thus when the ice melted and the window closed it locked

Automatic locking windows?  :confused: and an chunk of ice large enough to hold a window open far enought to get a  clear shot at a guy's head that wasn't noticed?  :confused:
