Twas the night before on FNF......

Twas the night before Christmas, On all the forums.....
Not an FNF'R was stirring But a few with some boredom....... 

Christmas wishes were posted ......
in the tailgate with care......
In hopes that all would see....
When they stopped by there......

Most of the members were snug in their beds......
With visions of calls, and guns in their heads......
With images of coyotes we hope to soon see....
And a wonder of what will be under the tree.....

We hear a clatter of what may be a hacker! .......
Just Jim Champion, taking care of us.....he ain't no slacker.

Sleeping the night before Christmas.. Heck no!!

I am gona be out on a stand, hunting with pride...
With the weather report I'll be freezing my back side....
my calls hanging around my neck with haphazard care ...
in hopes that a coyote soon will be there....

The AR she's all primed, lubed and ready....
Hoping apon hope that I can hold it steady....

The foxpro sitting at home in its box....
Should have spent the money on some good electric socks....

Watching the frost forming on the ground....
While scaning my light force around and around....
Man this thing gets heavy, way too many pounds......

two shining eyes I am wishing to see......
praying they come running hard straight at me.....

My cross hairs marking an x on his chest........
Gona give this coyote a nice winters rest.........
with a bang and a crack the shot will be heard.......
a good winters coat all heavy with fur........

After the hunt I will head on home.......
find me a hot shower....
I'll be chilled to the bone.......

Sitting in my chair  just checking the net.....
Hoping that one less coyote will help save someones pet.....

sleepely I watch the lights blink on the tree......
as I count the blessing the good lord has given to me......
