Having not been circumcised, I am not familiar with that tool.  Maybe you can so how that thing is used.  Just make a couple of "not so smart" comments to your wife and then give it to her.

I'm fairly natural too  .  I think there is a bit of difference between circumcised and neutered  .

Someone went through a lot of trouble to invent that thing for an odd purpose.  A good utility knife works a whole lot faster and nicer.

Yeah but most of you would have guessed what one of them was, not all but most .  I've never hung a chunk of wallpaper in my life but I do like buying strange looking stuff that I ain't seen before .

I've put up wall papaer & border both & the best knife is those little cheapos that you can keep breaking the tip off to get a new sharp blade. They are thinner & cut better IMO.

I looked up wallpaper tools last night and did not find a thing that looked like that so I finally gave up.  Close but no cigar.
