I think it would be the cheapest and easiest solution to that mess. But we know that don't happen when it comes to politics and big oil.

I watched the Louisiana ag show today, its all they can discuss the last few weeks. The state is looking for solutions them selves, they don't trust BP to get it done before the fishing industries are gone for years. Jimmie
