Couple of tags filled

I filled my tag Wednesday morning and my girlfriend filled hers Saturday morning. Pretty much the same story, put out the humping turkey decoys(thats the best present my daughter ever got me) do just a little calling, they see the decoys and come running!




9 1/4 inch beard, 7/8 spurs. This is her first turkey.  Bigger than the one I got. I was more excited to help and see her get one than I was to get my own.

This has got to be one of the best birthday presents I have ever got. My daughter bought it for me because she thought it was funny. I love it and it works!


One more tag left. Got too help my son fill his. Hopefully we get nice weather next weekend. Maybe I should let him take a morning off from school!

I have heard that those full strut and "breeding" turkey decoys were deadly.   Sounds like something I might need to try.
