al have heard of a procedure where they wrap a wire arounf the disk and heat it up causing the disk to shrink . sounds better than having a disk removed will see if can find on the net and update

I have not asked for any assistance........ and the cabin has been sitting there for a long time...... it just needed me to come and build it....... I will never sell my farm if I have it my way,,, :nono:  And no I dont have insurance.......

the drugs are temporary  :iroll:, big deal about the one pack...i got one of them too  :eyebrow:...................... and i heard that Semp is lookin for his solar panel...ya better give it back......LMAO!!  :alscalls:

You should try it moving from leg to leg. Or even better is breathing hurts like L. That is nothing to mess with. I have had it happen three times so far and am still living without scar's . BIL was not lucky with the new surgical technique either. He had a second to take care of what that one didn't do. Just got his disability and can't do squat but wash dishes and make the beds.

So take it easy and take care of your self. After about ten days start a walkign regimen. Start out easy and add a few dozen feet or so a day. That along with therapy kept me off the operating table so far. I still try to walk the place each day if time and family allow. Jimmie

Sorry Jimmie......... Turkey hunting is my second favorite thing to do....... :eyebrownod:
But this year I will ride to the top of the ridge on the 4 wheeler.....then walk a bit to stand.... I usually walk the whole time........ and I wont overdo..
Hell I still aint sure I can....... But I am going NUTS just laying here all day for seven days........It starts Sat. so I got some time yet to heal some more...... my pain meds will run out soon and I am gonna try and due without them after that.......I hope.
I wrote one song and drew up a bunch of call ideas...... BUT I gotta get out of here!!!!!!!!

That was why I took up wood carving  :laf: Made the wife ill with the wood shavings but at least I DIDN'T GO STIR CRAZY  :innocentwhistle:

I agree with you about the pain meds. Get off them as soon as possible. But don't be afraid to use them when nescescary either. Jimmie
