3" chamber w/ IC, MOD, and Full chokes. It also has a 32" VR barrel and a 28" VR barrel. The gun has a little bit of pitting, nothing crazy though

I am thinking on taking this gun in on trade and I have never had a browning and know nothing about them,as for what this may be worth or how good of gun they are.Do they hold their value

I am not going to hold any body to anything just looking for a few opinions on this gun

Thank You

My 28th Edition of Blue Book Gun Values lists the A-500 with 26",28" & 30" VR barrels. Let me know what you think it is percantage wise & I can give you what my book says. 90% says $350. I can't tell what it looks like from here tho.  :laf:

Browning has made quality shotguns since their inception if this helps any.  :yoyo: :yoyo:

BTW-- My book is the 2007 edition so it's probably a few $$ low.

I went to the link and read that stuff. Some folks like them and some don't it is kinda like ford vs chevy vs dodge.Seems as they don't have a really good resale to them unless you find the right person

Thanks for your input here

You should be able to do a serial number look up on Brownings web site and tell  you when that particular firearm was built.

Well I know you can on Rugers site
