The poor lads,pa will be cooking, but what Ive seen the lads can fare pretty good themselves. Ma needs a break once in a while, make you appreciate her more when she comes home.

Carl, being a lazy man myself, I've always adhered to the idea of teaching the youngun's to look after themselves and in the process inadvertently looking after me too

. They can cook up a meal at anytime but I laughed at Donny when he got home from school cause asked for KD for supper being as mom was gone. Bob is at basketball practice before our neighbor picks Donny up for 4H and brings them both home around 9.

The way my lucks been running I'd guess, yes

I remember seeing pictures of the little piggy that went to the butcher block and the chops should be GOOD. What I don't understand is you are having this meal when she is gone and you have popcorn when she is home.

Just thought I'd show a few pics of what we have been doing. Went for a drive the other day and saw

Then got up to a buddy's place and went to see if the elk had been coming out.

Kinda like this one from just North of me close to where Mandy shot hers.

We ain't exactly been starving as we had bread balls the other day.

And a pork roast that Donny made rice to go with.

Then today I found my camera again

and Donny made pancakes.

Add a little bacon and maple syrup.

Bobby was busy too

That does it Barry!! I'm gonna tell Diane we need some home meade bread. She only works a 1/2 day on Wednesday so she should have plenty of time to bake it while the washer is running & she's pushing the sweeper around the house.

I don't know why, but I think Glen might be on Barry's POPCORN diet pretty soon.

It does look like you guys are eating pretty good and I am now headed to the kitchen to fix some lunch.
