You thought this was gonna be about some gangland chillers wearing their pants down around their bungs?

Well it could be. But it looks like this monstrous snow storm sweeping across the continent is still headed for the East Coast. I been watching it for a couple days now and boyyyyyyy is this thing moving slow. I'm kinda glad it went right under us.

Not to bad here yet they are only calling for 3 - 6 inches by 6am Friday morning

But I have to leave for NH Monday morning Not sure what it will drop over that way

Thats it really? As slow as its going it must not be dumping much as it goes.

Last night when I looked it was right under us, (Wisconsin) and it's only gone as far as the picture dictates in 24 hours, which appears to be just under 400 miles. So if my math is right, thats around 16 miles an hour.

They are calling for 5 to 9 inches here.

It's snowing here in Parkersburg now. The salt truck just went out the ridge. Calling for 3 to 6 inches by tomorrow afternoon?? I plan on getting some stands in when it quits. Supposed to be really cold for the next few days so the snow should stay on for while.

We already have an inch or better on the ground. They are only calling for 3 inches total though. We still don't have the snow melted off from the last one. This is the most snow we've had in 20 years or so. Must be Global Warming.

For the first couple of hours it fell fine as frog hair here. Wound up with mebbe 2 and a half inches. Just good tracking snow. They kept changing the forecast on us right up until it got here. Thought it would be worse than it was. Jimmie

I woke up at 2am and the snow had already quit falling we might have gotten 3 inches

Side streets in town are a bear unless you are driving any thing bigger than a Yugo, main roads are fine.

Going to be close to 30F here today and they are calling for 40F for next week

. It's been 32 days since we were above the freezing mark and I'm not sure our animals will be able to handle it
