That rotten little piece of [stuff behind every animal I can think of] caused me more grief than the cousins dog in our chicken pen :argh:.  It fused together [that would be the little black spot in the bulb] and would turn on two circuits.  I looked at the bulb but the filaments were good sooooooooooo.  I checked all the wiring from front to back looking for the short :whew:.  Never seen one do this before
Oh well, I also changed rotor, cap and wires and she runs like new now.

 1157 bulb :eyebrow:
It's not uncommon at all for the brake and taillight filaments to weld themselves together. Especially if you buy some generic off brand punched out somewhere off the coast of Kaffeklubben Island.

Bad bulb woulda been the first thing I checked :eyebrownod:

I figured that was Barry's "thought light bulb" that fell
off the top of his head and rolled underneath somethin and
he couldn't find it back right away.

I checked the bulb visually first :argh:.  The filaments are fine but lower down it's not :doh2:.  Never seen one do this :nono:.  I took her for a 340 mile drive yesterday and she was like a new truck, cops never even dared turning on there bubble gum machines :iroll:.
