I just finished shoveling snow myself. :argh: I think it is over for a few days now though.  :fingerx:
sometimes I wonder....is that getting closer..... then it hits me

I had a personal conflict the other day, now I'm not speaking to myself.... I'm getting lonesome

I met the girl of my dreams, I was the man of her dreams too.....she used the term "nightmares" though.

Guess Ohio was the hail state yesterday.  We had pea sized hail around 1:00 p.m.

Nary a day goes by that I don't have contact with an illegal immigrant.

In fact, just this morning I saw a fundamentalist Muslim extremist fall into the Rio Grande River. He was struggling to stay afloat because of all the guns and bombs he was carrying.
Along with him was an illegal Hispanic drug cartel member who was also struggling to stay afloat because of the large backpack of drugs that was strapped to his back.

If they didn't get help, they'd surely drown.

Being a responsible Texan and abiding by the law to help those in distress, I informed the County Sheriff 's Office, Boarder Patrol INS/ICE, and Dept. of Homeland Security.
It is now 7pm, both have drowned, and none of the authorities have yet to respond.....

I'm starting to think I wasted three postage stamps.....

FinsnFur

Holy crap...thats kind of funny and sad both at the same time. What a weird sensation that brings on. :sarcas3:

Hey Bill,
It's a peach. Several decades ago the property where I live was one of many peach orchards in the area. The old trees are gone now but every so often a wild seedling will spring up. That one was a sprout that I transplanted.
That shot was taken two days ago. A bunch of our trees are budding, some early varieties have already flowered and put on leaves. We've been seeing some of our water birds move in, while others are leaving for the summer. Groundhogs are out and about and our wild turkeys are becoming vocal. Yesterday morning, as I was leaving for work, the truck door made a noise and one of the neighborhood Toms started gobbling. We may yet have a few cold snaps, what some folks call blackberry winter, but springtime is just around the corner.  :highclap:

I got sunburned a little a few days ago taking a little walk in an area I hunt sometimes. It was beautiful.
