Is the forum set up for this app?

Not as of right now. Mainly cause no one has realized it's available and asked for it.
If more people reply to this topic and have a use for it, I'd be more then happy to install and integrate it.

Not to make more work for you Jimbo but the App is great. I am a member of 2 forums and the other one just made tapatalk available. Its so much easier browsing, posting and everything from your phone. It is for every smartphone out there. I didnt know anything about it until the other forum did it and I tried it out. No need for zooming anymore or anything.

I check this site occasionally from my Android phone. It is kind of a pain to do though.

It's basically an APP that turns forums mobile sorta speak. Easier accessed I should say.
You all know how visiting the forum from a cell phone kind of sucks. Actually you can always use the WAP address anyway, with or without Tapatalk.
The WAP address is accessed buy scrolling down to the bottom of the page...all the way down...yep further down yet....and clicking on WAP2.
THAT basically turns the forum mobile for you.

Same here. A LOT of my time on here is thru my phone. I've seen people using it on other forums but didn't really know what it was or how it worked.

The Tapatalk app costs $2.99 for my android phone.

Pretty dang high. I could almost buy a Dead Coyote shell with that money.

Yeah, I looked it up too. $2.99. It won't break the bank, I'm just kinda leary about the security of sending my credit card # to an APP store somewhere in the world thru my phone.

Doesnt cost anything here. I download their forum add-on package and install it into our forum software, then create an account over there to manage it.

I went through the motions and set it all up, but I dont know if it respects our forum permissions or not. It asked me if I wanted to block any forums from Tapatalk users and obviously I selected "NO"...but you guys will have to tell me if it lets you into forums you havent been able to see before, like the mods forum. Careful in there Baxter runs around with his shirt off.

So I am assuming that this is up and running. I logged in on an iPad and got the message that there is an app for the site I was going to.

Yeah Jerry, you'll need the Tapatalk app on your device to access the site through Tapatalk.
And if I'm not mistaken, the app is downloaded thru iTunes?....is that right?

My phone is an LG so I guess it's too antique. The app right now is for iPad, iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Chrome.
