Trouble brewing
« on: October 01, 2012, 08:14:01 PM »
They actually shot three carp and were able to retrieve one of em.  I took this pic with my iphone from a bridge while out for a walk.  No hero shots, though, as the trophy was 'released'  before any photo ops.

Forgot to mention that's Spike in the canoe with his friend out behind the house.

Thats a good pic. You gotta save that one for when he gets older.
Did you let him know you were up there onlooking?

That's cool.  I remember wading the river here with my older Brother. We would wade out onto a gravel bar then walk along it looking for holes to shoot Carp & Gar in with the bow.

At first they didn't.  Then I spotted a few and just had to let em know.

Here's another shot series.

This was about a week ago and he has since changed his focus on our archery season.  He'll be posting last night's hunt sometime soon, as will my daughter and her Saturday eve hunt!!

I just got a new computer and this makes posting pics a breeze compared to what I had to do before (now that i'm figuring out how to move around on this thing).

I for one, will be patiently waiting
10-4 on the new computer. I picked one up myself. My first Windows7 machine. I'm actually starting to like it, but it's definitely not the rugged XP.

I'm now the proud owner of an iMac.  B/e my daughter and my brother talkin them up, I decided to get this for its virus resistant nature (and whenever I'm in trouble with it, my brother can fix it remotely as he's "into" it all).  I'm getting the hang of it.
