I like the looks of pup #2! Dont know why, just looks I guess!

So, when do I need to plan on making a trip tp TN!

I'd like to keep the pups at least six weeks, between 6 and 8 weeks is fine. Any longer than 8 weeks and they start bonding too much to dogs and not as much to humans. I would think you want these dogs to bond with you, so 6 weeks would be good.

Mar.17 and add 6 weeks to it.........

All pups have been accounted for and those that wanted them have confirmed they still do......
The pups will be ready to go starting April 28th. They will be six weeks old on that day.
They can start going any time on or after this date. 

Here's the list:

Kee = female #2 confirmed
Jeb = female #1 confirmed
John Masters = male confirmed
Centerfire 223 = male confirmed (decided a male would be fine)
Jeremy Young = male #1 confirmed
Dexter Hale= male confirmed
Jason Burke = male confirmed

Well that's the best I can do folks. Three members of the FNF community are getting pups. Hopefully this gives almost half of this litter a chance at being coyote dogs.......
Looks like two will become squirrel dogs.
One will become a squirrel, coon and possibly a hog dog. 
One will be a pet.

Here's another fix Hawk.
Unfortunately, my worst fears have been played out on why I try to never breed a female until she is 2 years old. My bitch decided that her parental duties are pretty much done. She'll still look out for the pups, but she has for the most part quit feeding them. This is about 2 weeks earlier than I like, but we had a backup plan and my wife and daughter are doing wonderful at playing surrogate mama's.... They started feeding them with a bottle and now we have them on moistened puppy chow with puppy milk replacement mixed in. They are really starting to grow now. I guess the one upside to this is that they should really bond with their new owners as humans are who they depend on now. 




After some correspondence with the owner of my females momma, I see where some of the pups get their white ring around their neck. Look at their grandma.
