Got a grin on my face when I read that, he would make about three of our dressed coues.  But is about the size of our on the hoof desert mule deer.

 My nephew that's a federale that just moved out to Texas said he is raring to go after some mule deer and elk out there. He just bought a 6.5 Creedmore with a 6 to 24 power scope for those wide open  spaces,  it's like a whole different planet out there compared to New Hampshire and Vermont.
